1.Payment Acceptance
All payments made through our payment gateway are considered final and binding. Once the transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be reversed.
2. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
Payments once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.
This includes cases of incorrect orders, change of mind, or non-usage of services/products.
3. Order Confirmation
Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before making payment. We are not responsible for errors made during the payment process.
4. Product & Service Delivery
Physical products will be delivered as per the mentioned timelines.
For healthcare consultations or services, booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Payment Disputes
In case of any payment-related issues, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
However, disputes will not qualify for refunds under this policy.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions made using your payment method. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment credentials.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
